MRINAL CREATIONS™ acts as an authorized Facilitator for Digital, Financial, and Government services. While we provide expert guidance, the accuracy of information provided for any application is the sole responsibility of the customer. We translate your data into government-compatible formats.

USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers are strictly required to provide genuine and valid original documents for all registrations including, but not limited to: Trade Licenses, Passports, and Land Revenue records.

LEGAL NOTICE: Any attempt to use our services for fraudulent or illegal activities will result in immediate termination of service and will be reported to the relevant legal authorities as per Indian Law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

As an ISO 9001:2015 Certified center, we strive for 100% processing accuracy. However, MRINAL CREATIONS™ is not liable for technical delays in government portals, server downtime of banking partners, or the rejection of applications by government authorities based on their internal criteria.
