PAYMENT POLICY

Payments for appointments and digital services must be made via our official Razorpay payment gateways or directly at our physical center located in Faridpur, West Bengal.

CANCELLATION PROTOCOL

Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

CRITICAL NOTICE: Once a government application or digital process has been initiated by our team, cancellation is strictly not possible due to non-reversible server submissions.

REFUND GUIDELINES

🔹 SERVICE FEES: Our fees represent professional facilitation charges and are generally non-refundable once the application processing has commenced.
🔹 TECHNICAL ERRORS: In the event of a double-payment or over-payment caused by technical glitches, we provide full resolution.
